Event Campaigns
Brunch Bash
Goal: Drive ticket sales for an annual brunch event.
Placement: Print, email, online, and social channels. Campaign also included stickers, event signage, floor decals, and a recap video.
Role: Copy writing, campaign strategy, and execution by me. Design by Hannah Rhodes.
Celebrating Women Event
Goal: Two-tiered campaign to drive qualified nominations for annual awards and event tickets.
Placement: San Diego Magazine print, email, online, and social channels plus outreach to top companies, female-owned businesses and PR firms.
Role: Copy writing, campaign strategy and execution. Design by Rebecca Wilson.
Sweat Fitness Event
Goal: Drive ticket sales for an annual fitness event featuring boutique studios and wellness brands.
Placement: San Diego Magazine print, email, online, and social channels, plus paid social, postcard distribution at fitness studios, and influencer partnerships.

Behind the Brands Event
Goal: San Diego Magazine wanted to target corporate and B2B sponsorship dollars and attract businesses that weren’t a fit for other lifestyle events. I developed the concept for Behind the Brands as an opportunity for event guests to hear directly from brand leaders on how they had built their businesses while also networking with local brands.
Placement: Print, online, email, and social (organic and paid), plus strategic email partnerships, and influencers.
